About the event
Join us for a special Sunday Reset at Cleave Farm, our family’s 900-year-old organic farm.
We’ll gather in the orchard, surrounded by beautiful old apple trees, for a 75-minute gentle and restorative yoga practice designed to help you slow down and reset for the week ahead.
Through simple breathwork, slow breath-led movement, and longer restorative poses, we’ll use the calm of the natural surroundings to help settle the nervous system and ground the body and mind after a busy week. The session is relaxed and welcoming, and suitable for beginners.
Afterwards, we will come together for tea, coffee, cake, and treats, shared around the fire or served from Pippin, our little gypsy caravan.
Spaces are limited to keep the sessions small and relaxed. 🌿
