Hi, I'm Ella!
I am a Certified Vinyasa Teacher based in South Devon.
I found yoga during a time when life felt chaotic, physically and mentally. At first, I wasn’t sure it was for me. I wasn’t flexible, I couldn’t sit still, and my mind was always racing. But something about it kept drawing me back. Over time, it became more than just movement; it became a space to connect, listen, and truly be myself.
Now, I share that space with others—whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. I will be teaching weekly classes, private group sessions, and seasonal events, often outdoors on my family’s 900-year-old organic farm.

My teaching blends traditional and modern yoga principles, making it accessible to every body. My classes can be strong yet playful, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and building resilience—physically and mentally.

To me, yoga isn’t about touching your toes or perfect poses—it’s about showing up, moving with intention, and making space for yourself in a noisy world.
