Members Morning - Yoga Flow & Coffee

I'd love to bring everyone together for a little Yoga with Ella get-together ❤️

Whether you've joined me at Totnes Cinema, caught a sunrise flow at Coastal Trail, come along to a workshop, or tried one of my classes somewhere along the way, this is my way of showing my appreciation for you being part of our community.

I'm putting on a FREE yoga class, with hot drinks on me! ☕️

We'll have our usual feel-good flow, followed by a proper catch-up together in the café over coffee.

It's a small gesture to say a huge thank you for supporting me and Yoga with Ella. I really hope you can make it! ❤️
